Yes. You are certainly welcome to use your own TV on any of our TV Lift Cabinets or TV Beds. However, while nearly every TV that meets the given size parameter of the cabinet or bed will work, there are some TVs that will not work.

Every TV Lift Cabinet and TV Bed we build is made from all real wood. We don’t use particle board, mdf core, pressboard, thermofoil, or any other wood substitute.

We use solid wood and real wood plywood on everything we build. The most common wood type we use is alder, but we also offer finishes in oak and mahogany. Upon request we can also use certain other species of woods that are not listed.

None of our furniture is made overseas. Every piece is proudly made in America.

We build every TV Bed, TV Lift Cabinet, and all other furniture at our headquarters in St. George, UT. We start with raw materials from our mill in the Pacific Northwest and cut, mill, build, and finish everything in this facility.

Yes. We have a mini showroom in each of the following Wilding Wallbeds showrooms: El Segundo, CA; Chino Hills, CA; St. George, UT; and Scottsdale, AZ. Each showroom has Wildwood products on the floor as well as a design center with dozens of finishing options as well as a catalog of all available styles and option.

We offer our 360º Swiveling TV Lift Mechanism in every TV Bed and TV Lift Cabinet. On our TV Lift Cabinets we have bundled together a few options into our “Freestanding” option which includes the swiveling mechanism.

This mechanism is the top of the line swiveling mechanism and will allow you to manually turn the TV to face any direction. It is also remarkably fast and quiet and boasts a 10 year warranty. This mechanism is built by our partners at Nexus21.

We offer a 100% guarantee against any shipping damage and manufacturer defects on every piece of furniture we build. Our standard and deluxe mechanisms have a 5-year warranty while the 360º swiveling mechanism boasts a 10-year warranty.

Yes! We partner with Affirm to allow you to finance your purchase. Affirm is a third-party service and all financing terms must be handled with them directly, not through Wildwood TV Lift Furniture. If you would like to purchase a standard product with Affirm, simply design your product online, add it to cart, and select “Affirm” as the payment method. You will need to be approved through their system before any purchases can be made. If you would like to order a custom piece through affirm, give us a call and we can build you a custom order form to finance with affirm.

The only country outside of the USA that we are able to ship directly to is Canada. In the instance that you would like to have one of our products delivered outside of the USA, you will need to arrange for a freight forwarder. Most freight forwarders have terminals in a major US port, we will happily ship your product to a US terminal for your carrier to then bring the rest of the way.

In TV Lift Cabinets, the best solution for device management is to opt for the storage or media console layout of your preferred style. These cabinets are available in every style we offer and they boast incredible storage capacity. In the event that you don’t have the space for one of these larger cabinets, give us a call at (801) 901-8249 and we’ll find a custom solution for you.

In TV Beds, device management can be a bit trickier. The vast majority of customers with a TV Bed are streaming directly to the TV without bulky devices. However, if you have devices like cable boxes, blu-ray players, game consoles, etc. there are a few different solutions.

  1. If you have the room for a nightstand, we can build you a nightstand that will essentially function as your entertainment center. Power, IR emitter systems, and venting included.
  2. If you don’t have the room for a nightstand, the next best option is to add the captain’s bed base and dedicate one drawer to your devices. Partnered with the IR emitter system, this option is seamless and convenient.
  3. If you don’t want a nightstand or a captain’s bed, the final option is to store your devices under the bed or (if they are small enough) in the empty spaces to the right and left of the TV lift footboard. With the IR emitter system this can be a simple and inexpensive option.

Every TV Bed comes standard with our SureSupport Bed Frame. This bed frame is durable, takes 5 minutes to setup, and adds the perfect base for your bed. The SureSupport frame does require a standard box spring or other platform.

If you purchase the captain’s bed, no box spring or other platform is required.

All of our TV Beds partner perfectly with adjustable bed frames. Just make sure that the size of bed frame you have is the same size of TV bed and it should integrate seamlessly.

We do as much of the assembly and cabinet building as possible before we ship it to you. All TV Lift Furniture and other cabinets ship fully pre-built. On certain models and styles, minimal setup may be required. For instance, the Madison TV Lift Cabinet has legs that will need to be added on site. Another example are the headboards for TV Beds which are shipped with the legs detached to avoid shipping damage.

Typically the setup is extremely minimal and should not take more than 1-3 hours.
