If you are a PRO member, you will work with a dedicated account rep, so when you are ready to place an order or start a new project, you can reach your rep directly.

Free Color Samples

Once your PRO membership is approved, we will send you all of our current color samples for you to keep on-hand.

Discounts On All Items

With your unique PRO coupon code, you can order online or over-the-phone and receive the same discount. Note that all PRO transactions must be via ACH or eCheck.

Frequently asked questions

All PRO transactions must be via bank-to-bank transfers like ACH or eCheck. When you place your order, you can simply provide your account and routing numbers and we can process the transaction. If you are unfamiliar with ACH transfers, please contact your financial institution to see if there are any special requirements to allow Wildwood to charge your account.

We like to keep things simple. We require a 50% deposit to get the order started and the remainder is due before your order is shipped. If you order online, you will automatically be charged 100%, so to do 50/50, be sure to call or email your rep to place the order.

PRO discounts vary based on a few factors. The main factor is the purchase history–the more you buy, the more we can discount. Keep in mind that we are not a retailer. We already price our pieces at wholesale prices, so discounts are not as hefty as a retail environment.

We vet each applicant thoroughly before we approve any memberships. What we are looking for is a potential for a long-term partnership rather than a one-and-done purchase. We want to be your go-to TV lift furniture source for years to come, so if your account was not approved it is possible that our team doubted the long-term potential of our partnership.

We are uniquely positioned for custom projects. However, certain styles, colors, trims, hardware etc. may be outside of the scope of what we are willing to do. Your account rep can work with you to provide custom drawings to get as close to the final look you are going for as possible. Customization fees will apply to all custom orders.
