We’re pleased to offer a 30 day unconditional warranty on all products. If you are dissatisfied with any products you purchase from Wildwood TV Lift Furniture within 30 days of receiving your order you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the product cost. The product must be returned to our facility in the original packaging and the same condition it was received in. Shipping and handling fees, including return shipping fees, are not covered by this warranty. Customers requiring white glove shipping will incur additional fees for repacking of the product for pickup.
We go to great lengths to carefully package all of our products with multiple layers of protection to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition. While it is rare, shipping damage does occasionally occur. We understand that this is frustrating, but we are committed to doing everything to make it right.
In the unlikely event that you believe your product(s) may be damaged, there are two steps that need to be taken in order to qualify for coverage. First, indicate on the bill of lading that the package is damaged (the bill of lading is the document the shipper will have you sign to accept the shipment). Second, please send us photos of the damaged products and parts. Our team will then be able to help you resolve your concerns quickly.
Terms of Return or Order Cancellation
We must be contacted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back to Wildwood TV Lift Furniture within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
- 30-day money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fees.
- Orders cancelled with greater than 4 weeks until completion will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee.
- Non-custom orders cancelled with less than 4 weeks until completion will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
- Custom or personalized orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Rushed, expedited, or orders that are otherwise produced faster than the standard lead time are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.
Buyers are responsible for a minimum of a 5% processing fee and 10% restocking fee.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, the final return fees will be deducted from the total refund issued to the buyer.
- We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.
