At Wildwood TV Lift Furniture, we take pride in manufacturing a product that meets the highest standards of quality. Because of this, we work with a network of reputable LTL freight carriers and final-mile agents to ensure that your TV lift furniture arrives in good condition and in a manner that is convenient to you. Our standard shipping package includes residential, lift-gate delivery. This package ensures that your cabinet will be delivered to any residential location accessible by truck in the contiguous United States. Once the truck arrives, the driver will unload the product and move it to the first dry area (typically a garage or carport). It is important that you are present at the time of delivery in order to inspect the boxes for any visible damage. Though not common, requesting that the driver make note of any damage to the product on the bill of lading ensures that we have the ability to file a claim with the carrier if necessary. If you live in an area not accessible to a freight carrier or have another shipping need not met by the standard package, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We have extensive experience working with freight carriers and will do whatever we can to get your TV lift furniture to you in a way that meets your needs.

FAQs about TV Lift Cabinets
We ship all of our TV lift cabinets pre-built. This means that when your order arrives, the entire cabinet is fully built before being boxed and shipped. Although cabinet assembly is not required, there will still be some minimal setup. The setup will entail:
- Positioning the cabinet
- Plugging the TV lift into the nearest outlet
- Mounting the TV on the TV lift mechanism
- Installing anti-tip hardware
While we have done our very best to limit setup, plan on spending about an hour getting your TV Lift Cabinet fully setup.
Current lead time: 8-9 weeks
We strive to keep our lead time as short as possible, but when it comes to custom furniture, there will always be a bit of a wait. One of the things to consider in this case is that we build every TV Lift Cabinet to-order. This enables you to choose the style, the size, the color, etc.. Additionally, it enables you to request tweaks to the design of any product. We can’t accommodate every request, but most of the time we can make the adjustments to build your cabinet exactly as you would like.
How your order will arrive will depend on the shipping option you select. However, it’s helpful first to understand how we package your order.
Packaging process:
Your TV Lift Cabinet will first be wrapped in a thin foam to protect it from the vibrations and rubbing of transportation. Next, a layer of 1″ thick polystyrene foam will be placed around every surface of the cabinet, plus some larger pieces on corners. This will be placed into a custom built box, stabled shut, and placed on a pallet. Once your order is on a pallet, we will strap it down and then wrap it tight with shrink wrap.
While this process gives your TV Lift Cabinet the best chance to arrive in one piece, it also creates a lot of packaging debris that, depending on the shipping option you select, you may have to dispose of.
Shipping Options
Bronze Shipping:
With bronze shipping, your order will arrive at your home boxed and palletized. The freight carrier will call you in advance to establish a delivery time that works for you. They will leave the shipment on your driveway or curb.
Silver Shipping:
With silver shipping, your order will be boxed and palletized, but will be delivered into your garage. The freight carrier will schedule a delivery time with you in advance and then leave the palletized order in your garage.
Gold Shipping:
If you select gold shipping, your order will be left boxed, but will be removed from the pallet and will be brought into your front room. In this instance, you will not be responsible to dispose of the pallet.
Platinum Shipping:
If you choose to upgrade to platinum shipping, your TV Lift Cabinet will be delivered directly to the room of your choice, it will be unpackaged and all packaging debris will be disposed of.
Yes!
While we do offer TVs that work will with our TV lift mechanisms, you can also source your own TV or use one you already have at your home. Please note that not all TVs will work with our mechanisms, so you may need to do some homework to ensure that your TV will work with our lift. Alternatively, to save your time and effort, simply select on of the excellent TVs we have pre-vetted to work with our mechanisms.

Our storage TV lift cabinets and TV lift media consoles all have built-in, functional storage space. The Basic TV Lift Cabinets do not have functioning storage space and have faux doors or drawer fronts for aesthetics.
