Your bed will ship through an LTL carrier. Standard shipping is curbside delivery, meaning that the shipper will deliver the bed to your driveway or curb. If this option won’t work for you, contact us for a custom quote on a white glove delivery experience.

Please note that the shippers will not:

• Help you unpackage your TV bed (unless you opt for a white glove option)
• Help you carry your TV bed up stairs (unless you opt for a white glove option)
• Install or help you assemble your TV bed

Pricing:

Discounted flat-rate curbside shipping! For a limited time, Wildwood will pay $400 of your shipping. This means the shipping pricing is as follows;:

• East of the Mississippi River: $699 $299
• West of the Mississippi River: $599 $199

Once your bed ships out, you will be notified via email with information to track your bed’s shipping progress. Once in your area, the final mile agent will call you to arrange a good time to deliver your bed.

We take great care to ensure that the setup process for your TV bed is simple, smooth, and requires very few (if any) tools. When your bed ships, the headboard, the TV lift footboard, nightstands, and any captain’s beds ship fully assembled. All you must do is place your new furniture where you would like it and connect it with hardware provided. To avoid damage, we do not hang TVs on the TV lift mechanism prior to shipping, so you will also need to hang your TV. Here’s how you can check to see if a new or existing TV will work in one of our footboards.

TV Size:

Our standard TV lift mechanism will work with 32’’ to 45’’ TVs. Our deluxe mechanism will work with 32” to 50″ TVs (the deluxe mechanism is $199 extra).​

TV Weight:
Both the standard and deluxe mechanisms will lift up to 145 lbs.​

TV Depth:
In order to work in a standard TV footboard with modification, we recommend using a TV with a depth of 3” or less for both the standard and deluxe mechanisms.

VESA Pattern:
On the back of any mountable flat screen TV you will see a set of four holes used to mount the TV to the wall or TV lift mechanism. This pattern of holes is often referred to as the VESA pattern. Our TV lift mechanisms accommodate the following VESA standards:
